1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for the following situations:
- You received a damaged or defective item
- You received the wrong product
- The product was incomplete or missing parts
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unassembled (if applicable), and in its original packaging
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or delivery receipt) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used items
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery
- Customized or special-order items
3. Return Process

- Full name
- Description of the issue
- Clear photo(s) of the product and packaging
Once we review and approve your request, we’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping must be arranged by the customer unless the item is incorrect or defective.
4. Refunds
Since Mila Create only offers Cash on Delivery, refunds are handled as follows:
- Cash refunds are not available
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
6. Exchange Policy

7. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping
